from 27 reviewsInstalled size B in the rear of a Subaru Outback. I had to cut off 2-3 inches because they were too long for the rear. Otherwise I think it is the best size.
The first one took me 20 minutes to install, but the second one was just 5 minutes - after you got the hang of it. After 50 miles test drive it is still about an inch lift. Handling is good, not sure if much better than before but for sure not worse.
Mostly bought it to prevent the sagging when loaded for a camping trip - that part I have not tested yet. Will update in a few weeks.
It would be great if there were cut-off markers on the shock absorbers based on D1 - without it I had to make three cuts until it was finally short enough.

I bought a pair of these for the rear shocks of my 1978 Datsun 280z after lowering it, to increase the load capacity of my car a little bit and keep it from bottoming out on the exhaust. These buffers have made a big difference and work as I hoped they would.

Easy to install and safe to drive around at potholes and rough roads increases stability and handling

. Just what I ordered. Thank you

Installed on the rear of a lifted 4x4 Areostar solved the issue of when off roading and loaded up the over sized tires rubbing on bumps. Both rear wheels used 2 base units and three modular units each.

I have used Rubbershox in the past on my previous vehicle and they were great. This time I went ahead and put them on my 2016 Ford F-150 and I am happy with the results. The thing I'm impressed with the most is the reduced cab noise. My overall experience with Rubbershox has been substantial and I look forward to further business with them.

SO AWESOME! They installed easily, and WORK!

Just the best for a little car. I have a 2008 Smart. These were installed in both the front and rear. The harshness that was present is now gone. Railroad tracks are no longer a threat to the car. Yes you still will move because of the car size but the fear of bottoming out is gone. Don't know how this product is on other size autos but for the Smart or anything small, these are the best !!!

We use a 2018 Lincoln MKX to haul a 5X10 trailer that might be 1,000# total with load max. It would sit about an inch low on the tongue and dropped the back of the vehicle about the same. The suspension on the MKX is an A arm style with adaptive shocks and coil springs, no bump stop. I went with the medium weight rubbershox to not affect the ride without the trailer and fix the sag with the trailer. They worked out perfect- no affect to normal driving and it towed much better. The spring coil is .71 in diameter so was a little concerned about fitting since the spec on the spacer was .54. I trimmed out the inside edge to help with installation and used the lube they specify- it wasn't too much of a fight to feed the spacers in and they seated nicely- with the wire ties and the weight back on the spring there was no deforming of the spacer, super happy with the results.

I installed this item size A for front and B+ for rear on 2010-2015 Prius, only lift 1 inches off from the ground. Nice smooth ride and turns, no interrupting to abs module, struts life longer and avoiding scratches from curbs. I will buy those items again!

5 Stars for the prompt delivery... HOWEVER it's been to cold in the midwest to install these.. I've been looking on line on the Smart Car website and all the reviews are very positive.. I'm looking forward to my comments there or here in the future. Thanks for offering what I hope to be a GREAT addition to my 2008 Smart. Ned

Worked as expectedshipping was quick. Hope they never come into play

I installed these on a 2020 Honda Odyssey. I ordered the black pro size B. Came with good instructions in the box. Follow instructions and they should go on fairly easy. They do take some muscle to install. I am 75 yrs old and did both sides in about 3 hrs by myself. I have a electric lift and a scooter on the hitch in the back and when loaded with scooter car drops about 1 inch. Before I wouled drop better then 2.5 inches. Ride is some stiffer but not that most people would even notice. At this point very pleased with ride loaded and unloaded.
